Meet the Founder
Before founding TECH ADVENTURES, Alain served as an Infrastructure Manager for New York State, where he managed enterprise-scale systems supporting thousands of users across critical government operations.
He brings 12+ years across managed IT, infrastructure, automation, web systems, AI workflows, healthcare operations, and client-facing support. That mix matters because most business and technology problems are not solved by one tool. They require understanding the workflow, the people, the risk, and the outcome.
That experience taught him something most IT providers miss: technology should serve the business, not the other way around. Too many companies are stuck with rigid, overpriced systems that create more problems than they solve.
